The opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Product Manager is to support our growing business by managing and developing our suite of products, to ensure product functionality and customer satisfaction.
Main duties and responsibilities
You will work closely with the leadership team to maintain product strategies, whilst managing the UI/UX function. Join the dots between customer needs, product features, and technical implementation, ensuring that the wider Intellegens team are making informed decisions whilst following the product roadmap. Continuously ensure that stakeholders are notified of changing requirements, that best practices are upheld, and feature developments are communicated correctly, inline with customer needs and the overall product context.

Essential requirements
- A technical background or have good technical know-how
- Minimum 3+ years experience in product management, delivering successful and innovative software products, ideally in a scientific environment
- Experience supporting the product sprint management in collaboration with the development team to deliver high-quality features with intuitive user experience
- Communication of product roadmap, progress, needs and roadblocks regularly with stakeholders
- Fast iteration of product features; implement processes to build, measure, learn

- Ability to talk to clients, find out their needs to make sure our products are always simple and easy to understand and use
- Experience in managing, supporting and developing a team

Desirable requirements
- Experience in B2B (enterprise) or SaaS based products
- Formal education / training in product management theory
- Management of small team to help deliver the product roadmap
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, and relevant events, both in the UK and overseas, to promote and understand the use of the products
