Upcoming webinar!
Is your digital transformation actually slowing you down? Many technical organisations are making significant investments in digitalisation projects. But they can make less progress in the short term if they delay innovation while they focus on generating or organising data. In this webinar, we’ll discuss how machine learning can extract value from your data, even if you’re not yet engaged in a digitalisation process – and how it can help to implement digitalisation strategies more efficiently.
23 June // 4-5 pm (UK time) // 11am-12 noon (US Eastern).
Machine learning for repeatable Additive Manufacturing
At Intellegens, we’re finding strong interest in the potential to apply machine learning in Additive Manufacturing. AM teams want to extract value from their existing data to find optimal process parameters, ensuring more reliable and repeatable AM processes, with a greatly reduced need for testing. We’ll be joining the AM community to demonstrate our solution and discuss the use of machine learning at the upcoming AM Tech event organised by ASME on 17 June. Registration for the event is free. Come along and connect with us.
We’re ready for the first Alchemite™ Focus Group
The table will be virtual on this occasion, but it is all set up ready for the first Alchemite™ Focus Group on 9 June. This invitation-only online meeting will bring together project leaders from organisations that are applying Intellegens machine learning technology, and managers who are in the planning phase for projects. We’ll share experiences, understand the business case for applying Alchemite™, and collect feedback and input that will help Intellegens to ensure that the software develops in line with key user requirements. We’ll report back in our next newsletter. If you’re interested in discussing your experiences or requirements with us, get in touch.
Kinase profiling with Pistoia Alliance, Genentech, Optibrium
The Pistoia Alliance is hosting a webinar on 2 June at which Genentech and Intellegens’ partner Optibrium will discuss the application of our Alchemite™ methodology in drug discovery. Alchemite™ enabled a reduction in the number of kinase assays required to accurately predict the full kinase selectivity profile, accelerating experimental programs. The team will demonstrate the method’s performance on a data set of approximately 650 kinases and 10,000 compounds, significantly outperforming state-of-the-art quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) approaches.
Feature enhancement – optimising composition
We’re constantly updating the Alchemite™ deep learning software. The latest iteration includes improved interactivity when optimising the composition of a formulation or material. Quickly hunt for an optimal combination of ingredients that sums to 100%, while targeting specific properties and simultaneously optimising process parameters. The screenshot above shows the result of an optimisation (red dot) for an alloy and how a chosen property would vary if the percentage of one element (Chromium) were to change.
