Do you want to find out more about how AI is revolutionising design of experiments? At Intellegens we are using Alchemite™ to map formulation landscapes, improve understanding of properties of interest, and suggest the most valuables experiments to be carried out.
Date: Thursday, October 22nd 2020
Time: 4-5 pm (BST) // 11 am-12 noon (EDT)
Alchemite™ has new features
A new feature has been added to the Alchemite™ Analytics platform: Save and Share formulations. This functionality allows users to save formulations of interest from a particular model. Saved formulations will be stored in “My formulations” for the user to refer back to them and run optimization and prediction. The sharing function enables collaboration between departments in an organisation.
News in short
Intellegens co-founder and CTO, Dr Gareth Conduit, will be one of four keynote speakers in the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) Artificial Intelligence in Chemistry symposium taking place on the 28th and 29th of September. Gareth will give a talk on how our machine learning engine, Alchemite™, is being used for the efficient design of industrial formulations.
Partner’s news
Optibrium, our partners in small molecule drug discovery applications, are hosting a webinar on Informatics for Effective Drug Discovery together with Collaborative Drug Discovery. The event will take place on Tuesday 13th October, 1-3 pm (BST).

Publications
Intellegens is using Alchemite™ to accurately map the formulation landscape, improve understanding of specific properties, and suggest the most important experiments to ve carried out. In this white paper, we review the current approaches used to guide experimental design and present why machine learning poses a significant improvement.
Intellegens was featured in an article published in Nature Biotechnology on AI initiatives for pandemic forecasting. Intellegens’ Alchemite™ platform was mentioned as a machine learning tool repurposed to make sense of the messy and incomplete data typical of COVID-19 statistics with potential to aid public health policymakers.
Intellegens welcomes two additions to its team!
Stuart is the new Business Development Manager at Intellegens, bringing 20 years of experience helping customers manage and utilize materials data across a range of business, government, and R&D organizations, including NASA, US Navy, Honeywell, and Los Alamos National Laboratories.
Alexis is joining Intellegens as a Research Engineer. He will be working on machine learning operations and optimization of our Alchemite™ platform.
