1. How long have you been working at Intellegens and what is your position?
I joined Intellegens for six months as a marketing intern. I assist with all things marketing-related, whether that’s social media, newsletters, the website or creating our Meet the Team posts!
2. What is your favourite part about working at Intellegens?
The company culture. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming – I also always find myself learning a lot from my colleagues as they’re very experienced.
3. What is your career/education background?
I graduated in 2020 from the University of Leicester, with a BA in English Literature with Creative Writing. After my internship, I’ll be going on to do a MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial Business School. I have some marketing experience from a previous internship but I have managed to get a much broader understanding of what marketing entails during my internship at Intellegens and I have gained many valuable skills which will be extremely useful in my future career.
4. What does a perfect day look like to you?
A perfect work day to me would be waking up early (when I manage to not snooze my alarm) for a morning workout before catching up with my manager in the morning about the work tasks ahead, after which I plan how I’m going to distribute my time between various different tasks. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends, try out new activities (this week it’s an escape room!) and exercise.
