This webinar will share experience from an innovative digital manufacturing project that is applying Artificial Intelligence to enable self-optimisation of 3D printing processes. The results are faster, more cost-effective manufacturing, and reduced waste throughout the production lifecycle. You will learn about state-of-the-art LCD-driven 3D printing from Photocentric, who will introduce the Jeni technology, which increases 3D printing productivity, resource and energy efficiency, and digital technology adoption while localizing manufacturing. Intellegens will show how its Alchemite™ Machine Learning software is being applied within the project to extract insights from process data, enabling material and process decisions to be optimised and, ultimately, supporting an autonomous manufacturing process. A key focus of the project is making these processes more sustainable and circular. This project is supported by the Innovate UK smart factory initiative.
Speakers:
Ed Barlow, Head of Engineering, Photocentric
Bogdan Nenchev, Machine Learning Scientist, Intellegens
