Agentic AI – the use of autonomous, tool-using AI systems with Large Language Models (LLMs) as decision engines – is emerging as a transformative force for R&D. Rather than isolated models, agentic systems coordinate and automate workflows across diverse software and data ecosystems. In this webinar, we’ll share early insights from industry discussions and from our development work in this area at Intellegens. These include examples of progress in applying agentic workflows to chemicals and materials R&D. We’ll also highlight the key challenges ahead – from system integration to data governance – and outline opportunities for organizations to get involved, shape the roadmap, and pilot next generations capabilities.
