A day in the wild
Oct 2024 – some of our team spent a day bonding in the wild (of Milton Country Park). Fortunately, our machine learning makes it easier for customers to hit their targets than was the case for our archery or axe throwing!
Pancake party
Feb 2024 – serving up some traditional treats for the team on Pancake Day.
Halloween Spooktacular
Oct 2023 – well done to all of the contestants in our Halloween costume competition – the winner was Oscar, with his spooktacular 3d-printed monster mask. We also took a little time out together to enjoy Halloween cakes and a quiz.
Macmillan Coffee “Morning”
Sep 2023 – we’ve got some great bakers at Intellegens, so we all enjoyed it when we hosted a Macmillan Coffee Morning (actually, it was more of an afternoon tea!) to share treats with each other and our neighbours at Chesterton Mill and raise some money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Team building treasure hunt
July 2023 – we enjoyed a team-building treasure hunt around Cambridge in glorious sunshine, including the chance to welcome several new team members. The session was organised by the team at Wintercomfort for the Homeless, in support of their important work in Cambridge.
New office
March 2023 – we celebrated the move to our new office at Chesterton Mill with an opening party for staff, customers, partners, and supporters. Board member Graham Snudden cut the ribbon with CEO Ben Pellegrini. We reflected on how far we have come, looked forward to the next chapter in our new home and enjoyed food, drink, and good company!
Games party
We celebrated the end of the third quarter of 2022 with a games party at Eagle Labs. Spaghetti and marshmallow tower-building, Pictionary, a quiz, and limbo. A bit of downtime and a chance to relax together – but we also tested our problem-solving and creative skills and CEO Ben gave the ultimate demonstration of our flexibility. Oh, and it turns out we can be a little competitive!
Summer party 2022
Here are some scenes from our summer party, celebrating a great first half of 2022 for the company with a punting trip on the river Cam and dinner overlooking the rooftops of Cambridge. Including the moment Hector from our sales team got his feet wet! At Intellegens, we make sure to take time to relax together, to recognise success, and to welcome new people into the team.
