The opportunity
As the ‘first point of contact’ for many of our potential customers, this role requires you to guide them through their initial engagement and support them by identifying the value our technology can provide them. Building these early stage relationships is of paramount importance to the business to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities are hitting the funnel, empowering the sales team to hit their revenue targets. However, you won’t be expected to achieve this alone. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing team who will offer continued support ensuring you have all the tools required to succeed in this role.
Main duties and responsibilities
Research and identify potential customers(outbound) and progress leads(inbound) through multiple channels (phone, email, via the supporting tech stack) and kick-off the discovery and sales process. The right candidate will need to work in collaboration with the sales, marketing and product teams to understand the latest news, features and developments and successfully articulate these to potential customers.
