Upcoming webinar - Machine learning for batteries
Join Intellegens and battery experts Deregallera as we discuss how machine learning can supercharge battery development. We will look at three key applications: (1) New battery materials and formulations; (2) Design of battery packs; (3) Battery management. We’ll discuss the challenges of applying machine learning to these problems and how these challenges are being overcome to improve charging capacity and energy density, lower development times and costs, and enable more efficient operation.
Updated white paper on battery applications
Ahead of our upcoming webinar, and based on experience from a growing number of project discussions with battery technology companies, we’ve updated our white paper on machine learning for battery applications.
Understanding multi-dimensional data
In this short demonstration video, Joe Smith from our scientific team demonstrates a recent addition to the Alchemite™ Analytics analysis tools. The dimensionality reduction plot enables users to gain insight into complex, multi-dimensional data, for example, when searching for new formulations or seeking guidance on which experiments to do in order to most efficiently explore parameter space.
Project delivery a key focus at Intellegens
We’re delighted to welcome Yijing Yang as one of the recent group of new joiners at Intellegens. As we scale up, Yijing’s project management expertise is part of a process to formalise and invest in the Intellegens project delivery function. This will ensure that we continue to work closely and efficiently with customers, supporting them to implement Intellegens software, roll it out across project teams, and apply it effectively to key development challenges. We’re featuring Yijing in our latest ‘Meet the team’ post.
Upcoming Additive Manufacturing events
Two opportunities to find out more about machine learning for Additive Manufacturing are coming up. On March 3 we’ll join a webinar with our partner, Ansys, to launch an enhanced version of their AM data management solution that incorporates Alchemite™ machine learning. And in early April we’ll be attending the Additive Manufacturing Users Group (AMUG)conference in Chicago. Get in touch to arrange a meeting.
On the blog - innovation bottlenecks
In this month’s blog article we address the riddle of innovation bottlenecks: when you seem to have unlimited space to explore, but can’t make progress due to constraints on data analysis. We share some examples of overcoming the problems of too little data, too much data, high dimensionality, missing possible solutions, and data sparsity.
More opportunities at Intellegens
It’s been great to welcome some new team members to Intellegens recently. Keep an eye on our social media to meet some of them over the coming weeks. We still have open opportunities:
