Hafya Ullah

Hafya Ullah helps our customers to achieve success with Alchemite machine learning.

We recently welcomed Hafya Ullah to the Intellegens team as our new Customer Success Specialist. Hafya will be working closely with Intellegens customers, ensuring efficient management of their projects and that customers get the guidance and scientific input they need as they deploy and apply machine learning to accelerate their R&D. Expanding such support is a mark of the priority that Intellegens gives to ensuring that users of Alchemite get fast, impactful return on their investment in machine learning.

1. What is your role at Intellegens?

I’m part of the Customer Success team at Intellegens, where I support customers throughout their onboarding and adoption journey with Alchemite™. My role involves understanding customer workflows, helping to coordinate onboarding activities, and ensuring customers get real value from the platform. I act as a bridge between customers and the wider team whenever they need further support.

2. What is your favourite thing about working at Intellegens?

The collaborative and welcoming environment that the founding team has created. My colleagues are always happy to help and support each other, and I was involved in customer conversations and project meetings from day one. The range of expertise here is remarkable – every day brings something new, challenging, and interesting.

3. What is your career background?

My background combines AI and data-focused academic experience with customer-facing and management roles. I completed an MSc in Artificial Intelligence & Big Data, where I worked on machine learning projects and saw first-hand the challenges of working with real-world data. I’ve also enjoyed leading projects such as TEDx events, which helped me develop strong communication and organisational skills.

4. What is something that you think makes Intellegens stand out from other companies?

Alchemite™ is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in R&D, helping teams work smarter with complex data. It works even when data is sparse or messy, which is the reality for most scientists, and it does not require users to code. It’s been fascinating to see how we are helping scientific teams become more efficient by planning experiments that help them achieve results faster. Intellegens has created an environment where both scientific and commercial teams can work and thrive together, which I consider truly special.

5. What do you enjoy doing when you are not at work?

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time with friends and family. I’m also into gardening, spending time with my cat, and getting stuck into organising things – whether that’s a project, an event, or just my own space. I’m naturally curious, so I always enjoy keeping up with developments in technology and learning something new.
